Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping and tracking details through the contact information provided at the time of purchase.

2. Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Delivery timelines may vary for remote or difficult-to-reach locations.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping for orders above Rs. 2500. For orders below Rs.2500, a flat shipping fee of Rs.150 is charged.

4. Shipping Partners

We may use trusted shipping and logistics partners such as Delhivery, Shiprocket, or other reliable courier services, depending on the delivery location and availability.

5. Delays in Delivery

We make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including 

weather conditions or natural events, and public holidays or festivals.

We appreciate your understanding in such circumstances.

6. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact details at the time of placing an order.

Haathnic will not be responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact Haathnic with your order number and relevant details. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
